Within 30 days of purchase, if you are dissatisfied with our software for any reason you may contact us via email at support@defender-pro.com to request a full refund. Submitting your License, Customer or Invoice ID with your request will help to expedite the process.



RETAIL REFUND POLICY

For purchases made at retail you must mail a photocopy of the receipt and the CD that you purchased within 10 business days. Any returns with receipts marked beyond 10 days of the post mark will not be honored. All retail refunds will be made in check form. No compensation will be made for postage or courier fees.
